Stories have been my companions since childhood — when books were my fastest car, my deepest ocean, and my closest friend. That love of narrative has guided me through eighteen years of writing fiction that explores the edges of reality, the complexity of consciousness, and the unexpected turns of the human mind.
What began in retirement as a chance to reclaim imagination has grown into a body of work recognized by readers and industry professionals alike. Clyde Phillips, producer and writer for the award-winning Dexter series, called one of my short stories “a well-crafted story that challenges readers to open their minds.” Several of my works have reached the top ranks in Amazon categories, from science fiction anthologies to psychological fiction.
This site is a space to discover those stories, explore the ideas behind them, and glimpse what’s coming next. Whether you are drawn to suspense, speculative worlds, or philosophical reflection, I invite you to step inside — and see where the narrative will take you.
Hawk’s storytelling grips the imagination and lingers long after the page is closed.
